she256 Mentorship is one of the core tenets of the she256 organization. Mentorship pairs up URMs new to crypto with experienced professionals in the space to learn and grow. Mentees have gone on to start their own companies in the space, work at top projects, and become active crypto users!

We’ve run the mentorship program twice now serving 900+ individuals in over 40 countries. As a fellow, you'll partner with our Mentorship Lead to coordinate the logistics of all aspects of the program including recruitment, selection, and cohort programming. This is one of the most far-reaching and impactful initiatives of its kind in the crypto space, and we're excited to see what you'll bring to it!

Responsibilities

• Improve the program, processes, and redefine how we push forward Mentorship
• Assist in the onboarding of mentors, mentees, and speakers
• Coordinate program communication including social media, website, and newsletters
• Support the operations of the program including set-up and logistics
• Coordinate with She256's Marketing, Events, and Community teams on Mentorship priorities and initiatives
• Facilitate community-building and contribute to community development via mentorship
